Interested in selling at our pop-up farmers market?

You make it.

We deliver it everywhere.

MNFood.Club is a collaborative network of Minnesota makers and food producers. Together we share infrastructure, customers, and revenue — so everyone sells more and no one goes it alone.

Built for makers

tired of going it alone

You've put everything into making something your community loves. But farmers markets take you away from your family on nights and weekends — and the return rarely justifies it. Pickup sites are a logistical nightmare. And even the most local-focused retail stores are locked into distributor contracts that leave almost no room for independent makers.

Why are we creating these artificial barriers between our better-made products and the households who genuinely want them? It's time for a different way.

MNFood.Club is for any local maker who cares about quality and wants to reach more customers — without spending every weekend at a booth.

how it works

You focus on making

We handle everything else.

When you join the MNFood.Club shared marketplace, you plug into a full shared infrastructure — storage, logistics, e-commerce, and a collaborative marketing network — without building any of it yourself.

01

drop off your products

Drop off your products and we take it from there. We handle refrigerated, frozen, and dry storage, pick and pack every order, and deliver directly to customers' doors from Rochester to St. Cloud. No logistics on your end.

02

your fans, buying more often

Your existing customers get a convenient way to order from you every week — not just when you're set up at a market. Once home delivery is an option, most customers order far more regularly than they ever would at a booth.

revenue model

Two Ways to earn

One of them while you sleep.

Most platforms give you one revenue stream — sell your product, get paid. MNFood.Club adds a second stream that grows the more you participate in the community.
This is a genuinely collaborative model. When you promote another maker's products to your customers, you earn revenue on their purchases. And when they promote yours, the same is true in reverse. The more we support each other, the more everyone earns — and the stronger the whole local food system becomes. You become the store your customers want to support.

revenue stream 1

Sell more of your own product

Your items are available to every customer on MNFood.Club — not just people who make it to your booth. Weekly home delivery means repeat customers, not one-time market visitors. Your loyal fans can order from you even on the Saturdays you're not set up.

revenue stream 2

Earn 4% on everything your customers buy

Every customer who joins MNFood.Club through your referral link is tracked as your customer for 3 full years. You earn 4% of everything they purchase — other makers' bread, coffee, jam, meat, candles — not just your own products. You never touch it. You just earn it.

real example - what this could look like

You refer 50 loyal customers to MNFood.Club                                                                           50 customers

Average customer weekly spend on the platform.                                                                   $150 / week

Your 4% referral share on their total weekly spend                                                                  $6 / customer / week

Weekly referral revenue across 50 customers                                                                              $300 / week

Annual referral revenue — before selling a single product                    ~ $15,600 / year
This is illustrative. Actual results depend on how many customers you refer and their ordering habits. The more you engage your community, the more your referral income grows — automatically.

  • Your products must meet all applicable food safety standards and legal requirements before they arrive at our facility. You remain the seller of record — MNFood.Club doesn't buy and resell your product.

  • Products must be properly labeled with ingredients, allergens, sell-by dates, and any storage or handling requirements.

  • Every item needs a scannable barcode when delivered to our facility. If your packaging doesn't have one, we'll provide labels for you to apply.

  • You'll receive restock notifications up to weekly and are responsible for delivering replenishment inventory on time to fulfill orders.

  • Be prepared to answer reasonable questions from customers about your production methods and standards. Transparency is a core value of the club.

  • Lot numbers or batch codes are strongly recommended where possible, for traceability and any potential recalls. MNFood.Club tracks which household receives which items on our end.
  • Independent Site

Want full control over your brand, customer relationships, and marketing? The independent site option gives you your own domain, your own e-commerce store with integrated email and SMS, and real-time inventory visibility — all powered by the same MNFood.Club logistics infrastructure. It's the same delivery network and warehouse support, with your name on the door. Ask about this option when you apply.

    frequently asked questions

    Your questions,

    answered honestly

This model is new and we know you'll have questions. Here's what most makers want to know before they apply.
Every vendor gets a unique referral link. When you share it with your customers and they join MNFood.Club, they're tagged as your referred customer for 3 full years. You earn 4% of everything they purchase during that time — including your own products. So if your customer orders your jam, another maker's sourdough, some pasture-raised eggs, and a bag of locally roasted coffee — you earn 4% of the entire order. Every week. Without any additional effort.
You get paid when your products sell, on a bi-weekly basis. Referral revenue is tracked separately and also paid out bi-weekly. Everything is transparent — you'll always be able to see what sold, what was referred, and what you earned.
Nothing changes about how you sell today. Keep your farmers market booth, your Etsy shop, your CSA, your retail accounts — all of it. MNFood.Club is additive, not exclusive. Your customer relationships stay yours. The goal is to give your existing customers a more convenient way to buy from you regularly — and give you access to the 3,500+ customers already shopping across our network of vendors.
You don't have to be a food maker. MNFood.Club is built around local makers of all kinds — soap, candles, lip balm, pet products, and other craft goods are all welcome alongside food and farm products. The core requirement is that your products are made locally, that you stand behind their quality, and that you're interested in building a recurring customer relationship rather than just one-time sales.
Our warehouse has temperature-controlled refrigeration, freezer space, and dry storage — so most product types are well covered. Products need to arrive properly labeled with ingredients, allergens, and sell-by dates where applicable. During onboarding we'll go over your specific products and confirm we have the right storage conditions in place. If you're unsure whether your product can be handled properly, mention it in your application and we'll address it directly.
We deliver across the Twin Cities metro and greater Minnesota — currently covering customers from Rochester in the south to St. Cloud in the north, putting roughly 60% of Minnesota's population within our delivery reach. We're continuously expanding. If you have customers in a specific area you're hoping to reach, mention it in your application and we can let you know current coverage.
You're not locked in. If it's not working, your unsold inventory will be returned to you and you can exit the platform. We want this to be a relationship that works for both sides — if it's not, we'd rather hear why and either fix it or help you move on cleanly.

    ready to join?

    Let's build something

    together

Fill out a short interest form and we'll follow up to talk through your products, how the platform works, and whether it's a good fit for your business. No pressure. No commitment to apply.
